The Information We Collect: This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on this website. On some pages, you can order products, make requests, and register to become a member. The types of personal information collected at these pages are:

Delivery Period :
Following receipt of an order via our webshop, orders will be processed and dispatched within 2 working days (orders received by 11am Mon-Thu usually go out the same day!) All orders are posted securely via Royal Mail.
Payment Methods :
If you apply for a trade account then we may be able to offer credit terms. Existing customers can be invoiced with delivery and we also accept all the major credit / debit cards via our payment gateway (PayPal).
Online Orders & Card Security :
All credit / debit card orders placed online are made on a secure, encrypted server to ensure the privacy and security of your information. All payment transactions take place on the secure encrypted server of our payment processor (PayPal) - we never have access to your card details at any time.
Refunds :
Customers have up to 14 days after the goods dispatch date in which to request a return and refund. Before returning any product(s) please contact us via email or telephone.

Jambo Jewellery loyalty scheme
We believe in rewarding loyalty and at Jambo (because we like to do things a little bit differently) we have a reward scheme which gives you cold, hard cash! To spend as frivolously (recommended), or as sensibly (boo!) as you wish.
When you place your first qualifying order with us we'll send you a loyalty card and your points stickers. Earn one point for every £100 (ex VAT) spent in a single order, after 8 points you may redeem your card for a crisp £50 note or keep saving until your card is full to get £100!
That's it: Spend money + earn points= get cash! "Simples" (to steal a phrase from a certain meerkat).
