What information do we collect when you register as a customer or on our website and why? 
 
When you wish to buy goods from us, you are entering into a contract with us. We will need to set up a credit account before you can order from us, so we can set this up we will ask you to provide some personal information such as;

· Address (this is usually of the business premises)

· Email address. 
 
New customers will always be sent our “Sale of goods contract”, this sets out the obligations of both parties under the terms of our agreement. As an existing customer if you have shopped with us before you will have been sent a copy of the “Sale of goods contract”, in either case, once a delivery is received then acceptance of the goods in whole or part is an agreement to abide by the terms of the Sale of goods contract. 
 
 
How do we use your information?

We want you to know that Jambo Jewellery respects the information we have about you and that we take the security of your information very seriously. We will securely store all personal data about our customers. Supplier Partners 
 
We may, from time to time work with a trusted supplier who can supply products on our behalf, they will only be given the minimum amount of personal information required to fulfil your order, such as your name, business name and address. 
 
Delivery Partners 
 
Most of our deliveries are handled by the Royal Mail, in rare circumstances we may use another trusted delivery partner. Again, they will only be given the minimum amount of personal information required to deliver your order, such as your name, business name and address. 
 
Payment Processing 
 
Jambo use World Pay as our trusted third-party merchant for processing invoices payments with a credit or debit card. Personal information is entered by you, will not be stored and all payments are securely processed. 
 
Debt collection 
 
At Jambo we always try and avoid the use of civil action, it would only be as a last resort that we would use HM Courts and Tribunal Service to recover any unpaid debt. 
 
Your Rights 
 
Your personal data is protected by legal rights, which include your rights to object to our processing of your personal data; request that your personal data is erased or corrected; request access to your personal data.
